Performance management is an important part of strategic management, thedevelopment of performance management scheme can fully reflect the enterprise strategy,in the implementation process should pay attention to communication with staff, and therational use of performance appraisal results, arouse the enthusiasm of their staff, thecompany’s strategic goals to achieve. This paper takes K company as the research object,because the K corporate performance management system implementation is not smooth, aserious impediment and weaken the effect of the performance management, a direct impacton the realization of the strategic goal of enterprise. Under this background, this paper triesto sort out the development context of K company, find out the existing performancemanagement system be inopportune or inappropriate in part from two aspects of theory andpractice, combined with the company’s strategic objectives, to improve the performancemanagement of the original, the staff growth and enterprise growth together, promote thesustained development of the company.This paper first describes the research background and significance, analyzes therelated research both at home and abroad, points out the research ideas and methods, theperformance management theory to carry on the detailed introduction. In view of thecurrent situation of performance management of K company from the performancemanagement organization structure, performance management project and performancemanagement process and using the results done objectively describes, analyzes the Kcompany’s performance management problems, including performance management andcorporate strategy from the lack of corresponding supporting system; performancemanagement; performance management not implementation of performance appraisalsystem; existing misunderstanding. On this basis, puts forward the design idea of Kcompany performance management system, and from the performance managementorganization design, index design, process design, design assessment results and otheraspects of a more in-depth study, the new performance management system are analyzed,the formation of a more standardized, more scientific performance management system. Finally, taking K company’s strategic development goals as the core, to enhance themanagement level as the goal, points out that carrying out the steps of new performancemanagement system of K company, and clear from the performance managementobjectives, establish the organization guarantee system, the establishment of the system ofsecurity system and puts forward some measures to ensure the implementation of the newperformance management system to establish the technical support system in four aspects.
