A Study On The Effective Utilization Of Land Resources In Mountain Yuntai

This research studies how to make the land use of Mountain Yuntai effectively. With the development of Mountain Yuntai, it has some problems like large demand of land, appropriation of land, vacant land, and inefficient utilization etc. It is necessary for Mountain Yuntai to research effective utilization of land resources.A sequence study in accordance with the "theoretical research and empirical research and countermeasure research" is being applied to this paper. First of all, this paper defines relevant concepts, and on the basis of the analysis of the concepts, this research combines stakeholder theory, sustainable development theory and Human-land relationships theory to build the evaluation index system of effective utilization of land resources in Mountain Yuntai with different perspectives of stakeholders. Based on the different stakeholders’evaluation of the utilization of land resources in Mountain Yuntai, this paper uses quantitative method to analyze the results, and then estimates the conditions of land resources utilization in Mountain Yuntai at present.Research shows that different stakeholders have different evaluation of land effective utilization in Mountain Yuntai. Local government, operators, investors, local residents and experts think land utilization in Mountain Yuntai is good, and tourisms think land utilization in Mountain Yuntai is better. According to the definition of land effective utilization in this paper, Land effective utilization in Mountain Yuntai is good. Based on the above analysis, this paper analyses the problems of utilization of land resources in Mountain Yuntai. It indicates that Mountain Yuntai has four aspects of problems which consist of land use planning, land use management, land use efficiency and ecological environment problems. On the basis of the analysis of the problems above, this paper gives suggestions on how to use land resources effectively, which include formulating land use planning, building supervisory mechanism with different stakeholders’perspectives, strengthening regional tourism cooperation, introducing agricultural tourism, and building geographic information system etc.The main innovation of this paper embodies that explores the conditions of land resources utilization in Mountain Yuntai from stakeholders’ cognitive perspective, and evaluate land effective utilization with multiple interest subjects and multiple evaluation dimensions. However, the subjects’ cognitive perspective emphasizes the integrated cognitive evaluation of land utilization from interest subjects. Multi-stakeholders emphasize the evaluation is made from multiple perspectives. Multi-dimensions reflect that the effective utilization of land resources should be a multifaceted and complex system. Based on the above ideas, this paper also constructs the evaluation index of land effective utilization which contains multiple stakeholders, uses quantitative method to analyze the conditions, and puts forward the systematic countermeasures and suggestions.
