In the context of continuous and stable national real estate policy and the active implementation of national regulatory requirements in the provinces,large housing enterprises actively layout two,three or four-tier cities,the number of real estate projects increased significantly.Starting from the "Twelve-Five planning",with the deepening adjustment and regulation of real estate policy,the restriction measures are further implemented and implemented.Real estate in the first-tier city sales situation is depressed,first-tier cities new commercial housing has soared,in order to effectively relieve pressure,first-line city developers switched to 234-tier cities.Originally concentrated in the two or three-tier city of large housing enterprises to adopt the "fast sales,high turnover" marketing strategy,in this context,multi-project operation management System produced.In the multi-project mode,how to optimize the human resources allocation,mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,make the best use of their talents,and save the operating costs of enterprises,is the focus of research.This paper studies the present situation of multi-project human resource allocation at home and abroad,and analyzes the human resource allocation of the Hunan branch of H Real Estate Group in combination with the relevant theories of multi-project human resource allocation.Through the interview method,this paper investigates the presentsituation of multi-project human resource allocation in Hunan branch of H Real Estate Group.It is found that the allocation of multi-project human resources in Hunan branch of H Real Estate Group has the problems of unreasonable structure of talent team,outstanding contradiction between supply and demand of talents,and low cooperation between employees and posts.The related human resource allocation problem is caused by the unreasonable structure of human resources management,the imperfect training and development system,the fact that human resources planning can only not be developed,and the performance management system is not perfect.The research holds that the allocation of multi-project human resources in Hunan branch of H Real Estate Group should be a dynamic management process based on the basic principles of energy level correspondence,advantage orientation,dynamic adjustment and internal.By constructing the "144" management platform,the management organization structure is optimized and the dynamic management mode of classification and grading is implemented,and the concrete optimization measures are put forward from the aspects of human resource planning,staff training mode,performance appraisal system,salary management system,talent selection and appointment mode,etc.Finally,the safeguard measures are put forward from three levels of organization,system and culture.Through the article research,the purpose is to help H real estate group Hunan Branch to solve anumber of human resources allocation problems,for other similar companies under the multi-project model of human resources allocation to provide reference recommendations.
