The Study On Motivation And Process Of Tourism Industry Convergence

Industrial convergence is one of today’s industry development direction, it has become increasinglyprominent in improving utilization rate, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, optimize the industrialstructure of resources. Under the background of the great development of industrial convergence, tourismindustry convergence is starting to appear, and the strong momentum of development. After more than30years of development of tourism industry in our country, it has a lot of achievements, but also emergesmany problems. The convergence of industry has a great effect on optimizing the industrial structure,improving the performance of the tourism industry and promoting the upgrade of tourism industry. How tocultivate the tourism industry convergence, support its development, is one of today’s research topic.Perfecting the theory system of the convergence of tourism industry, promoting the developmentof convergence of tourism industry, based on these two points, this study unfold the research of themotivation and process of the tourism industry. This paper begins with the background of research, andpoints out that the theoretical significance and practical significance of this study, reviews the researchresults of the theories of industrial convergence and tourism industry convergence, point outthe research situation at present: the theoretical research of industry convergence tends to perfect, butthe research on tourism industry convergence theory is still not perfect, need further. From the perspectiveof the tourism industry, foster the integration of departure for the complexity of the tourism industry system,this paper determined using systematic theory and self-organization theory as the basically theory. Thencarries on the detailed analysis of dynamics of the tourism industry, the main purpose is to explore thecauses of the tourism industry. Based on the overall characteristics of the system, to build momentumtriggered subsystems and power system inside and outside the subsystem. Power trigger subsystem is thefoundation and prerequisite for integration of the tourism industry, which includes the division level ofdevelopment, degree of industrialization and tourism concepts accumulated three aspects. Internal forcessubsystem includes guiding force of tourism demand, profit-driven companies competing relationship twoaspects, is the main motivation of industrial integration occurred. External subsystem includes pressure industrial development, industrial policy and relax supportive booster technology and creativity, is essentialfor the development of the industry to deepen the integration of external power. After analyzing the causesof industrial integration generated, the paper focuses on the process of industrial convergence. This paperfirst clear that the process of industrial convergence is a process of self-organization system, and then toanalyze the process and the stage of development of the industrial convergence. Generating process isactually a form of order parameter and principles to govern the process of implementation, based on thestate of the elements in the process of industry, tourism industry fusion process can be divided into threestates in two stages. Using the modularization theory and industrial value chain theory, this paper analyzesthe industrial chain in the process and the production, increase and implementation of the value. Thetwo stages are in fact a process of original industrial chain disintegration and new industrial chainformed namely industrial module decomposition and centralization.This paper will gaze on boosting the practice development. Based on Kaifeng, analysis of the statusquo of Kaifeng city development and integration, come to a conclusion that Kaifeng has good developmentopportunities, adequate resources, but lagged behind the development of industrial convergence inZhengzhou and Luoyang. On this basis, the paper concluded that Kaifeng city tourism industryconvergence exists dynamic obstacles and process barriers. In terms of dynamic obstacles, Kaifeng faceendogenous underpowered and exogenous power is weak, insufficient endogenous power is the result ofKaifeng tourism market is not mature, the external dynamic obstacles due to the level of Kaifengcity economy is backward, the development of cultural industry is backward, technology and creative talentshortage etc. In the process of obstacle, Kaifeng city has micro fluctuation form disorder and fluctuation ofdiffusion barrier. Micro fluctuation originated in the integration of tourism products system has not beenestablished, the giant fluctuation diffusion barrier source on the city of Kaifeng tourism enterprises overallstrength is weak, learning ability, innovation ability etc..Therefore, this paper proposes the following countermeasures to promote development of tourismindustry convergence: First, play the government’s functions, build a favorable environment fordevelopment, improve the policies and measures, and establish dynamic heuristic sub system of tourismindustry convergence; Second, to carry out his organizational interventions to promote the endogenouspower formation and exogenous power play function; Third, constructs the integrated product system, play a driving force of the fusion products; Fourth, to motivate and guide, promote the integration of enterprisesin Kaifeng city.
