Facing fierce market competition, the rapid development of technologicalinnovation, the urgent need of improving job performance, the ageing ofemployee knowledge and skills and so on, more and more people graduallyrealize that training for enterprise development is in an important position.Training needs analysis is the first step of training system, scientific trainingneeds analysis is a necessary condition for training success.Therefore, how tostart from the origin of training system and training needs analysis to improve theeffectiveness and furthest motivating and mining employees potential qualityhave become one of the urgent topics of company’s human resource management.This dissertation unfolds mainly from five aspects, based on the actualdevelopment situation of enterprise under the background of Chinese economictransformation period. First, this dissertation systematacially introduces therelated theory research status at home and abroad and the main content of thestudy. Secondly, According to the information from the check data, fieldinterviews and other forms, describe the present situation of M company, andfind out the problems existing, and then state the reasons of M companyintroducing training needs analysis based on competency. Thirdly, combiningwith the present situation of M company, integrate training needs analysis levelby using competency theory, and discuss how the enterprise combining thecompetence theory sets up a training needs analysis model. Fourthly, apply themodel to M company. Fifthly, discuss the model implementation safeguard basedon the application of M company model.Taking an example of M, around competency theory and raining needsanalysis theory, this dissertation designs a set of training needs analysis methodwhich has strong feasibility and operability, and it has important theoretical andrealistic significance to help enterprises to improve the training effectiveness.
