:With the rapid integration of global economic, social development and progress, consumers thought and behavior pattern more to focus on product safety and environmental protection, reliable and durable quality requirement. In recent years, frequent problems at home and abroad and the people’s lives, food safety, environmental pollution occurs on human health and the environment caused great harm, needs testing services of an unprecedented increase.As a company engaged in testing services, take what kind of development strategy in the fierce competition, in order to maintain long-term steady development in China and the detection of a leading position in the industry to move forward, is the main subject of this paper. In this paper, the use of strategic management theory, competitive strategy theory, service marketing theory and the theory of value creation, in the SWOT analysis of basic company, points out the existing advantages, disadvantages and the development of the company in question; in five force model analysis of the company, the company’s development strategy of the business of the company positioning, market segmentation, the functions of company management is optimized strategy. The author describes the company services and types in detail, market segmentation, target market selection and the company’s core competitive advantage construction, and further expounds the implementation of the marketing, human resources, financial management, supplier management are the4major functions of management strategy and implementation.SAES company has always grasp the pulse of industry development, uphold the spirit of innovation and ideas, and actively expand the market by building reasonable service system, humanized management and application of the service marketing combination strategy, in order to "personalized" service to meet customer needs diversity detection, create new value for customers, with clients to achieve common development and establish long-term cooperative partnership, thereby greatly improving customer trust, loyalty, to obtain sustainable competitive advantage.
