| ABSTRACT:Since the reform and opening of Chinese economy and society, Construction industry has become one of the most important industry in Chinese national economy system, for its great contribution to the development of Chinese economy and society. And Construction industry plays a more and more important role in the development of Chinese characteristic socialism economy system. But it still has so many problems, especially the management system. The current project management system, which consists of project responsibility system, is rough, open type, and aiming at the expansion of enterprise scale. It results in low efficiency, low interests and high risks. And it can not meet the need of development and expansion of Chinese construction industry and construction enterprise.The efficiency of the project management system, is the key for the survival and development of the Chinese construction industry and construction enterprise, who are motivated by the project. Chinese construction enterprise must reform their rough project management system.Based on the analysis of the theory and practice of current project management system, the paper has figured out its main existing problems and the causes. Under the new circumstances that Chinese construction industry and construction enterprise are experiencing great change, the method of the reform of current project management system has been discussed and the paper has provided some useful advises.In all, the paper has discussed follow questions, hoping to figure out these problems in project management system reform.(1) Analysing the main problems and the origins of current project management system.(2) Analysing the developing trend of Chinese construction industry and construction enterprise, and what new requirements that project management system has to satisfy.(3) Analysing the method and theory of project management system reform in Chinese construction industry.(4) Providing some useful advises for project management. |
