Organizational Citizenship Behavior become more and more important in the enterprise today. The OCB is made up of series of Informal cooperation and can benefit the organization. Psychological Empowerment as a research hotspot in recent years, management taken by the people, the concept of psychological empowerment and foreign sources, is authorized to supplement the theory. Traditional theory emphasizes the authority of the licensing administrator, proved that this authority is often not achieve the desired incentives, therefore, management scholars began to explore the subjective experience of the authorized person authorized to study theory. Empowerment and the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior as a hot spot of foreign management researchers, and achieved a lot. However, the context of Chinese culture, relationship between the two is very rare, corresponding research has little contribution. Practice has proved that the existing foreign citizenship behavior on organizational research can’t be applied to Chinese cultural environment. This study aimed to explore the psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior in Chinese culture background and hope to improve the psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior, the authorization for improving the level of Chinese managers and trigger organizational citizenship behavior of employees in China have important practical significance.The first reviews of psychological empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior literature. Proposed in the literature based on the idea of this study and theoretical model, and proposes hypotheses. Survey of Chinese culture through the context of the enterprise survey, the main survey of psychological empowerment of employees, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. The survey total of157valid questionnaires, using SPSS software for statistical analysis of data. Mainly descriptive statistical analysis, validity analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and analysis of mediation effects. Authorized by psychological, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior at all levels of research to identify different dimensions of psychological empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior of all levels, and to explore job satisfaction in which the intermediary role.The discussion of the findings from the psychological empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior on two aspects of management proposals put forward in the context of Chinese culture in the enterprise, from the psychological empowerment, and improve the job satisfaction.
