According to the index reference standard of industry regurgitation feedingagriculture stage, combining the specific situation of our corresponding index, this thesisanalyzes the transition from the turning period to that of industry regurgitation feedingagriculture in our country. Besides, referring to the relevant principles of economics,summing up the successful experience of agricultural mechanization in the developedcountries, and taking into account the current agricultural development environment andthe macroeconomic environment of our country as well as related legal policy environment,this thesis analyzes the necessity of the implementation of agricultural machinery purchasesubsidy policy in our country at present and proposes that the enforcement of this policywill boost the development of agricultural mechanization. Finally, this thesis analyzes anddiscusses the development of our agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy and itspositive influence, and also puts forward the policy problems at present stage.Around the connotation of the skew and its guiding role in farm machinery purchasesubsidy policy, based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) in the CCR model, this thesisby using DEAP2.1software analyzes the relative efficiency of agricultural machinery andequipment structure of the subordinate11cities of Jiangxi province in2012and its existingproblems. In addition, the thesis uses the cost efficiency (cost) model of the CCR model tocalculate the equipping scheme of agricultural machineries and the adjustment scheme. Onits basis, the thesis combining arable land resources of Jiangxi province as well as theplanting structure, puts forward the optimization of the agricultural machinery purchasesubsidy policy. Finally, it puts forward to perfect the service system related to the subsidypolicy so as to improve the utilization rate of subsidy funds and to maximize its benefits.
