construction.Besides,research status research content and methods at home and abroad were elaborated briefly.The second part makes the theoretical basis of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy formulation clear.By means of introducing the development history of Chinese agricultural machinery purchase subsidy in detail,and the great results and brilliant achievements obtained in the past decades by agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy,which proves the necessity of implementing agricultural machinery purchase subsidy in China.Besides,the relevant state agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy implementation and successful experience were discussed.The second part emphatically analyzes the implementation status and achieved results of agricultural machinery agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy in Shanxi Province.The main problems of policy formulations are subsidy fund insufficiency,procedures of agricultural machinery subsidy complicated,disordered competition caused to enterprises by model selection system.The main problems in policy implementation are corruption produced in the process of policy implementation,training insufficiency to peasants that newly purchase agricultural machinery,publicity of subsidy policy uncompleted.With regard to the main reasons that caused problems,for the policy formulation,agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy was not public preferential policy.The practical situation of peasants was not considered when formulating the policy.For policy ofagricultural machinery purchase subsidy in other provinces should be drawn extensively.Combining with the characteristics of agricultural development in different regions of this province,measures can be adjusted to local conditions and have wider thoughts to further consummate the agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy in this province to create a new way for characteristic agricultural machinery spanning development in Shanxi Province.
