| Chinese economy and world economy now are enjoying a deeper fusion. Under the tendency of economic globalization, China’s tobacco companies, which have enforced the development strategy of "big market, big enterprise, and big brand", inevitably are faced with pressure and challenge coming from cost, efficiency, service level and other aspects. And logistics is also showing its increasing importance. Therefore, establishing modern logistics system has become an important way to reduce cost and improve core competence.Based on the above questions, this paper, focusing on tobacco logistics future development and analyzing its current situation, tries to explore a new modern logistics system of PZH tobacco company, with a way of combining PZH’s characteristics, weakening the influence of tobacco monopolized system and drawing lessons from foreign experience of the development of tobacco logistics. First of all, this paper defines PZH’s modern logistics system clearly, introducing its current construction situation and puts forward existing problems, especially those urgent ones. Then it lays down system construction’s guiding ideology, fundamental principles and objectives, and according to them and by applying modern logistics theory, Michael Potter’S Five Analyses Model and SWOT analytic model, it builds new modern logistics system of PZH. At last, based on researches and surveys, combining new development tendencies of tobacco logistics and experience of it in other provinces, the paper puts forward some strategies for the construction of PZH’s modern logistics system and suggestions on tobacco companies’development of modern logistics system. |
