To speed up the Junlian Black Tea industry development, first,we should optimize the industrial layout; Second,we should lift the level of ascension Junlian Black Tea deep processing, and extend the Black Tea ecological tourism to stretch the Junlian Black Tea industry chain; Thirdly, we must cultivate strengthen leading enterprises, farmers’ professional cooperative organization, Black Tea planting professional operators; Fourthly, we need from the industrialization management pattern, land management mechanism, the industrial development of input mechanism, risk prevention mechanism and so on the development of innovation; Fifthly,we must strengthen the Junlian Black Tea regional brand creation, protection and utilization; Sixthly,we must strengthen the supporting system construction of science and technology; Seventhly, we need to improve the agricultural technology service system; Eighthly to form a complete set of quality and safety supervision system.
