The difficulty of financing is a universal problem, especially for the start-up company. In2009, a new financing mode appeared in the United States, which is Crowdfunding. It raised money through a public network platform and let the creative people obtain the capital they need so that their dreams can be realized. The rise of this mode breaks the traditional mode of financing. Each ordinary people can get engaged in a creative or activity funds through this Crowdfunding model, so that the source of financing is no longer confined to the venture investment mechanism and can be derived from the public. As the representative of the foreign Crowdfunding platform,"Kickstartes" is very popular. The number of the successful financing projects is47893by2013September1. And there are about4700000people participate in the investment, and$768,000,000is successfully raised.Crowdfunding is the application of Crowdsourcing, and its principle is the use of the majority of people power. Even if each person only gives1yuan, the raised fund can be billions when the people of the whole country are involved. With the rapid development of the Crowdfunding, experts and scholars have significantly increased the attention and research. Because it just appeared in less than four years, and especially is only two years in our country, the research is limited.In this paper,4typical cases were chosen as the object of analysis, of which some cases are successful financed, and some are fail. Through the comparison between success and failure cases, objectives of the study are:(1) Explore the application and the advantage of Crowdfunding project;(2) Use the theory of project management knowledge to analyze success factors of financing management. Especially, focusing on study how the communication management throughout the entire project. The significance of this study lies in the integration of the previous research on Crowdfunding, and analyze and summarize the key factors affecting the success China Internet financing project comprehensively from the perspective of project management. This paper also could improve the success probability of financing project, and help the entrepreneurs to realize dreams, share their dream with investors, and satisfy the project stakeholders, so as to develop Crowfunding better. And furthermore, we provide some inspiration for the financing of SMEs in China and promote the standardization and legalization for the folk financing.
