The current system of land acquisition process is irreversible, its ownership can only be changed by the state from the rural collective.based on the situation that there are more people,compared with the land, which will inevitably make the situation worse.rural land has many features,the land is not only the basic needs of farmers source of income, but also provide jobs. Therefore, the land becomes very important for farmers, which makes rural land issues very complicated to deal; with.Local governments levy agricultural land to develop the local economy, this process produces a very large land value-added benefits, but because of the existing institutional mechanisms related to inadequate, resulting that There is no scientific rational income distribution system, so it is inevitable conflicts of interest in the process of distribution of land value increment allocated chaotic phenomenon in question. This is also the main cause of farmland conversion problems,.therefore, in the land value increment allocation process, only coordinate the relationship between the various stakeholders so that all stakeholders get a fair distribution of benefits deserved in order to successfully promote our land requisition system and achieve the grand goal of urbanization.
