Abstract:Competition among enterprises is ultimately a competition among talented professionals. For a rapidly developing and enlarging enterprise, only training qualified personnel fastly and constantly from interior, can enterprise remain invincible in fierce competition, and go further stably in the developing road. Guided by CNOOC headquarter Second Leap-over, CNOOC-Zhanjiang branch made a long-term planning in line with its own development, in the next five years, the number of oilfields&gasfields platforms almost doubled. To meet the development needs, CNOOC-Zhanjiang branch requires a large number of qualified skilled talents with professional skills.In the predictable future, CNOOC-Zhanjiang branch has to train a large number of new staffs every year to meet its development. But there are certain limitations in the traditional training mode so-called apprenticeship of CNOOC-Zhanjiang branch, such as limited trainees and long training period, which makes that it’s difficult for CNOOC-Zhanjiang branch to do the new staff training in such new historical stage. The core subject of this paper is to reach how to train more new staff to qualified person with special skills at high efficiency to meet the company’s demand for talents. According to the research idea "find problem, analyze problem and solve problem", this article applies methods such as literature reading, theory research, practice analysis and comprehensive analysis to dissecting and discussing the problem in depth. Besides, it applies standardized theory to create new "enterprise technical school" training mode, including standardized grading training system, assessing and certifying system and teaching staff system. In the mean time, four effective safeguard mechanisms are designed. The above measures would finally solve CNOOC-Zhanjiang branch’s contradiction between its rapid development and lack of talents.
