Abstract:Rental Station is mainly engaged in the provision of tower crane leasing. Among them, by providing good-quality equipment and machines in architecture construction, it can provide equipment support which prompt the construction unit lifting capacity. During the development of the company, it puts the emphasis on the customer satisfaction. Especially, during the process of customer administration, the company can be able to put the customer satisfaction as the foundation of management. Meanwhile, by constantly strengthen equipment maintenance, and ensure the quality of construction equipment, which enable the company to become the top of the domestic construction machinery leasing enterprises.During its development, rental station forms its own characteristic services and has a certain competitiveness in the market. These mainly reflect the following points, good construction management system, and many kinds of rental products, good customer management and interior informatization management. But, its development exists some limits, mainly includes the following points, relative tense capital, services need to be improved,relative insufficient supply of market products and organization structure need to be improved. Meanwhile, rental station has good developmental chances, such as stable domestic architecture market development, incremental supply to mechanical equipment and rental cost to be low. So, in the future, the company needs to adjust development strategy and reallocate resources, thus promote its market competitiveness. This thesis mainly combine the rental station’s development situation to put forward the concrete measures in improving its competitive stategy, including improving organzation structure, optimizing project implementation system, carrying out project institution, being based on the project development, and putting into effect responsible for their own project.Besides, to promote company effect, to establish market brand, to lick into shape company image by social activities and lift staff working capability, strengthening staff cultivate, implementation of fair compensation system, thus to raise human resources competitiveness. Thirdly, promoting the level of mechanical equipment management, improvement of kinds of mechanical equipment, being based on single project during financial accounting to lift external financing. Lastly, to further open up markets, to develop new business and team marketing. Thus to lift the level of customer relation management to achieve the company’s innovative development and form learning and innovation development model. What is more, in order to further ensure rental station to achieve develop target, this thesis puts strategic management into five stages, so this can ensure the implementation of the developmental strategy to meet the requirement of the enterprise development.
