In recent years,with the increase of residents' income level and the upgrading of consumption structure,China's real estate industry has developed rapidly.Nearly two years,however,the development of the real estate industry enters a period of relatively low indeed,especially in the past 2017 years,China's real estate market has experienced the most severe policy regulation,in a certain extent,make the survival and development of China's real estate industry is facing unprecedented challenges.Therefore,the focus of industry competition is increasingly concentrated on the competition of "talent" resources.For real estate companies,they do face a shortage of talents.Under the influence of unfavorable environment inside and outside,whether to have a high-quality,specialized talent team becomes the key factor that the real estate enterprise can succeed.Any enterprise talented person's raise throughout,in which all play an important role in training,effective training to achieve scientific management enterprise,cultivate professional talents,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,promote the healthy and orderly development of high quality.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to promote the development of enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises through training means.This paper provides a solid theoretical foundation for the optimization of T enterprise group training system by consulting a large number of relevant literatures and materials.In addition,this article also has carried on the thorough investigation and study,T enterprise group in full analysis of the original training system existence question and reason,on the basis of T group to improve enterprise training Suggestions and opinions.This paper makes an in-depth study on the training system of real estate companies and hopes to have reference significance to the construction and optimization of similar enterprise training systems.This paper mainly discusses the following aspects: the first part elaborates the research background,research significance,research ideas,research methods and current situation of domestic and foreign research.The second part introduces the main training theories at home and abroad,including the concept of training,the role of training and the elaboration of training theory.The third part analyzes the situation of the staff troop of T enterprise group,the current situation of the training system and the existing problems and causes of the existing training system.The fourth part optimizes the training system of T enterprise group,including training demand analysis,training plan formulation,training program implementation and training effect evaluation.The fifth part discusses the various kinds of guarantee measures needed for the optimized training system.Finally,the main conclusions and research prospects of this paper are presented.
