| The high staff turnover rate is a common problem in the department store retail enterprises in China.Researchers usually focus on the analysis of the overall turnover in previous studies on employee turnover tendencies,seldom consider the individual differences that could lead to employee turnover due to different factors.This paper aimed to find out the general factors and differential factors of the turnover intention of Hongyun Department Store employees through the investigation and the related data analysis.In addition,the author analyzed the causes of the factors and proposed the solutions.In the paper,the author firstly reviewed the relevant researches on the turnover intention of employees at home and abroad and summarized the turnover data of employees of Hongyun Department Store.Then after in-depth conversations with the company’s human resources department,former and current employee,the author designed the "employee turnover intention questionnaire" and organized the investigation.Finally,the author analyzed the results of the survey,found out the general factors and differential factors that lead to the turnover intention,analyzed the inherent laws of the differential factors and put forward the solutions.The conclusion of this paper is representative,which can provide reference for the future research of the employees’ turnover intention in other department retail enterprises. |
