Urbanization is the only way for national economy fast development. Since the1990s, more and more researchers have realized that the important relationshipbetween economic development and urbanization,think that the two complementeach other, interact with each other, even many developing countries regarded theestablishment of the urbanization as one of the major means of economicdevelopment.Throughout developing countries, the population of China is one ofthe most, so China’s urbanization development will also have significant influenceon economic development all over the world.In the process of urbanization is inevitable urbanized, the rural land systemchange with the change in the process of modernization. New urbanization willpromote a new round of reform, and the rural land problem has become a big problemin the reform. And in the process of urbanization, the urban population increaserapidly, and the prosperity of economic and social development, makes the growingdemand for rural land and rural land problem is more serious, more prominentcontradiction between human and land. The third plenary session of the eighteenthputs forward some Suggestions for rural land problem, like to establish a unifiedurban and rural construction rural land market, promoting urban and rural integration,to give farmers more property right, and to set up the modern financial system.The city of Zhengzhou, as the capital city of Henan province, the ruralurbanization not only in the most rural urbanization characteristics, also has its uniquecharacteristics, therefore, take an example of Zhengzhou rural urbanization is typicalsignificance. In this paper, by combining the actual situation of Zhengzhou, cleaningup the houses with limited property rights faced the interests of disputes and otherproblems.After analysis,the unclear rural land ownership,the unsteady rural landContract Responsibility System and the unfair acquisition system are the mainrestrictive factors, combined with the rural land system reform experience at home and abroad, expected to explore effective rural land system reform proposals,deciphering the new urbanization problems, promote the development of the centralplains economic zone.
