| Urbanization is the necessary way for economic and social development of various countries and regions in the world, and is the important symbol of the level of national or regional modernization. As our country is being in the accelerating stage of Urbanization now, Countryman ceaselessly move to the towns, which brings out the constant increasing of urban quantity, the expanding scale of town, and the improving of urban population.Employment is always an important thing, which influences peasant to go into city so as to maintain social stability. Poor people who come into city have no steady job and source of income, and they can’t enjoy equal public service and social service as other citizens. The real problem of changing from "agricultural to non-agricultural" status is that poor people can’t really integrate into city. The mode of local urbanization is a good way to solve those problems. Only we base on the local actual conditions, scientifically choose competitive industries to improve urbanization can we truly realize people’s urbanization, not just the urbanization used permanent urban residence certificate and civic building as standard.Firstly, this test will cover a general introduction to background and development of China’s urbanization process. Based on the systematic analysis of the situation and achievement of domestic urbanization-building, I will clearly study the theoretical framework and analytical method. Secondly, I will interview more than two hundred residents in Baiyang to know their house-purchase situation in city, their intention of settling in town and the willing of urbanization. After that, rely on the questionnaire results and the content of interview, I will give an analysis about the results. Finally, I will introduce several mode kinds of local urbanization. According to the survey results of local urbanization among residents in Baiyang, I will give suggestions from the aspects of the modes of new urbanization. |
