According to the Data of National Bureau of Statistics,the total population of Beijing in 2000 was 13.64 million,which had increased to 21.52 million in 2014,and increased by 7.88 million over the past decade,increasing by 57.78% compared with the total population in 2000.The urbanization rate of Beijing keeps increasing.At the same time,there are reverse urbanization phenomena in Beijing,such as urban central area population moving to rural areas,government departments and large enterprises moving out,and rural infrastructure construction speeding up.“Urban diserses” such as traffic congestion,air pollution,environmental degradation and rising unemployment have seriously affected the quality of life of unban residents and erstricted the development of various industries in the city.This paper studies the theory of urbanization and anti-urbanization at home and abroad,analyses the phenomenon and reasons of anti-urbanization at home and the influence of antiurbanization on urban development in the process of urbanization in developed and developing countries abroad,and draws inspiration from anti-urbanization in the process of urbanization.Through the different perspectives of population,economy and urban spatial development,this paper analyses the current situation of Beijing's urbanization and counter-urbanization,as well as the main factors and mobile subjects of Beijing's Counter-urbanization phenomenon,and explores the causes of Beijing's counter-urbanization.Finally,based on the development of Beijing's anti-urbanization,the paper gives the Countermeasures of the current situation,reduces the impact of Beijing's anti-urbanization on urban development,and makes rational use of the advantages of anti-urbanization development,and gives the suggestions of Beijing's urban scientific development from three aspects.
