Study On Highly Efficient Utilization Of Agriculture Resources In Lianping County

In recent years, the voice of highly efficient utilization of agriculture resources is becoming higher andhigher. A series of polices on that have also been published by national governments and local stations toguide the efficient use of agricultural resources so that to speed up the construction process of agriculturalmodernization. In the way of rational development and efficient utilization on agricultural resources,Lianping County has achieved considerable economic, social and ecological benefits through the combinedpractice of eco-agriculture on olecranon Peach and organic eco-tourism. But it is undeniable that there arestill some problems affecting Lianping County the overall process of efficient use of agricultural resources.Therefore, it is worth studying on how to achieve the overall agricultural efficient use of resources inLianping County so that to provide reference for sustainable agricultural development of NortheasternGuangdong Province.This paper devotes to study two kinds of agricultural resources, that is, natural resources and socialeconomic resources. In detail, natural resources mainly include land, water, climate, biological and otheragricultural environment resources and economic social resources mainly include labor force, capital,technology and management resources. Besides, this paper has analyzed the present situation ofagricultural resources with the support of the theory on ecological economics, sustainable development andsystem, evaluated efficient utilization of agricultural resources in Lianping County based on the AnalyticHierarchy Process, and constructed an indicator system on highly use efficiency of agricultural resourcesfrom the economic, social, and ecological aspects. By making an analysis of the problems and the presentsituation on efficient utilization of agricultural resources in Lianping County, and discussing the measuresof improving the effective utilization of agricultural resources in agricultural production with the olecranonpeach as a case, it has explored an eco-healthy and rich development road for northeast mountainGuangdong to reach a high efficient utilization of agricultural resources.Finally, this paper has put forward the following suggestions for the whole Lianping County onefficient utilization of agricultural resources in the view of the successful experience of olecranon peach. Itincludes that, first, the governments serve its people effectively；second, enhance the quality of agriculturalproducts；Third, develop ecological agriculture&related industries；Fourth, completely display the service role as the industry association; at last, improve the comprehensive agriculture benefits. industries,and actively improve the supporting facilities；fourth, make fully use of industry association; fifth, rely onthe specialty agriculture to promote the tourism specialty；the last one, strengthen the process of agriculturalmodernization and industrialization to improve the comprehensive benefit of agriculture.
