Along with economic globalization and regional economic integration continues toimprove, the external environment of the enterprises competition is increasinglyfierce, so it cannot rely on the traditional factors of scale, role clarity, the degree ofspecialization construction, to maintain the competitive advantage, to improve theflexibility of organization, the level of integration, innovation ability, in order torealize the combination of high performance and high elasticity the importance, flatorganization in the process of growing. As the era of knowledge economy is one of thefastest growing type of team, knowledge team plays a key role in the process ofenterprise innovation, build competitive advantage in the. With the deepening of thestudy, the researchers found team psychological safety is an important factor affectingthe performance of the team.In this study, the team psychological security domestic and abroad, organizingstudy the relationship between literature review citizenship behavior and teamperformance found on the organization and the individual level organizationalcitizenship behavior research literature is rich, but relatively few psychologicalsecurity research team. In addition, although studies have validated the relationshipbetween social capital and team innovation and team performance, and team learningbehavior relationships and psychological safety and innovation performance, butresearch relations team psychological safety and team performance are still few and farbetween, but the lack of it research integration phase. Therefore, this study examinedthe relationship between team psychological safety and organizational citizenshipbehavior and team performance between the team and to explore the relationshipbetween psychological safety and effectiveness of team performance intermediaryorganizational behavior, organizational citizenship behavior eventually reveal promoteteam psychological safety and team members exchange mechanism and thus enhance theinnovation performance of the team.In this paper, the high-tech industry in Hubei Province as the main object of studyR&D team, first team psychological safety, organizational citizenship behavior andteam performance and other relevant literature research team to find out the relationshipbetween psychological safety and organizational citizenship behavior and team performance between, on this basis, to build organizational citizenship behavior asmediating variables of theoretical models and empirical analysis of the correspondingFinally conclusions:(1)Team Psychological Safety on promoting the role of organizational citizenshipbehavior.(2)organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive impact onenhancing team performance.(3)Team psychological safety is a significant positive impact on enhancing teamperformance.(4)organizational citizenship behavior can be explained as part of the mediatingvariables of psychological security team to enhance team performance.
