Psychological ownership is the state in which individuals feel as though the target (material or immaterial) of ownership or a piece of that target is"theirs"(i.e.,"It is mine!"). The theory of psychological ownership has important theoretical and realistic meanings. Although it has been accepted widely in abroad, there are few domestic academics having researched it.After having systematically introduced the theory of psychological ownership,The paper analyses the relationship between psychological ownership and employee's work attitude(i.e., organizational commitment and job satisfaction )and the relationship between psychological ownership and organizational citizenship behavior with questionnaire. After empirical analysis, major results can be concluded as follows:1. Personal attributes will influence psychological ownership, especially the employee's age, working age and duty influence psychological ownership significantly.2. The relations between psychological ownership and organizational commitment, relations between psychological ownership and job satisfaction and relations between psychological ownership and organizational citizenship behavior are showed as follows :①The relations between psychological ownership and organizational commitment, relations between psychological ownership and affectivecommitment, relations between psychological ownership and normative commitment and relations between psychological ownership and continuance commitment are positive. At the same time, psychological ownership influences organizational commitment, affective commitment, normative commitment , continuance commitment significantly.②The relations between psychological ownership and job satisfaction, relations between psychological ownership and intrinsic job satisfaction and relations between psychological ownership and extrinsic job satisfaction are positive. At the same time, psychological ownership influences job satisfaction, intrinsic job satisfaction and extrinsic job satisfaction significantly.③The relations between psychological ownership and organizational citizenship behavior, relations between psychological ownership and OCB-O and relations between psychological ownership and OCB-S are positive.But relations between psychological ownership and OCB-I and relations between psychological ownership and OCB-G don't exist. At the same time, psychological ownership only influences organizational citizenship behavior, OCB-O and OCB-S significantly.
