Moreover, the building’s construction, use and removalprocess of pollution caused environmental pollution overall34%. This shows that theconstruction industry as a pillar industry of the national economy has become a majorenvironmental pollution, while residential construction but also occupy a total construction of2/3. It is self-evident. Residential construction has become the main force of environmentalpollution, destruction of ecological balance. In the past twenty years, with the development ofresidential building energy saving technology, developed countries make full use ofrenewable energy, such as solar and wind energy. The energy consumption of residentialbuilding decreased by70%~80%in the traditional energy basis. Therefore, development ofbuilding energy-saving construction, green color and the road of sustainable development, is aresource-saving and environment-friendly society and the beauty of the route which one musttake Chinese. But the developers on energy-efficient residential development will is notstrong. Based on this, the paper from the perspective of developers, impact analysis ofenergy-saving residential investment decision-making risk factors, so as to find out the cruxof the problem and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order topromote the sustainable development of China’s energy-saving residential market. Risk management includes the number of professional staffengaged in energy-saving consulting services, management master degree of energy-savingmanagement knowledge, management mechanism is not perfect, supervision is not in placeleading to the quality standards of energy-saving projects; advanced, feasibility and reliabilityof technology including doors and windows energy saving technology; advanced, feasibilityand reliability of enclosure structure energy saving technology. Cost includes investment in energy-saving technologies, energy-saving products, and cost increase in consumer buyingrate. The risk assessment index system is established according to the risk factors identified.Secondly, through the establishment of risk evaluation index system of risk factors onthe sorting and overall risk evaluation.
