Research On Competitive Evaluation Of Technology-based SMEs Based On Balanced Score Card

Entering the new era,the competition among technology-based SMEs is becoming more and more fierce,especially the competitiveness of technology-based SMEs is especially important for their survival.The balanced scorecard,five-force model and value chain are introduced into the evaluation research of the competitiveness of technology-based SMEs.And the rational use of the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to achieve a combination of quantitative and qualitative,not only to promote enterprises to achieve optimal allocation of resources while greatly enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.Dobot as the world's leading provider of technology solutions for the field of robotics,of Dobot.Based on the balanced scorecard theory,combined with the five-force model and value chain analysis,this paper analyzes the competitiveness status of Dobot from the four dimensions of finance,internal process,customer,learning and growth,and finds the problems.Improve countermeasures against the analyzed problems to ensure that enterprises maintain strong competitiveness and sustainable development.was named the top 80 of the world's most valuable investment companies by CB Insights,and ranked as the 2017 China Artificial Intelligence.The top80 enterprises in the industry,its strong competitiveness in the market plays a role in the development of the entire artificial intelligence industry,and has a guiding role for China's national brands to go global.This paper analyzes the competitiveness of enterprises with the caseThis paper first summarizes the basic theories of enterprise competitiveness,balanced scorecard,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process,and further elaborates the concept of technology-based SMEs,analyzes the competitiveness of technology-based SMEs,and gives technology-based SMEs the constituent elements of corporate competitiveness.Secondly,on the basis of relevant theories,qualitative analysis of Dobot is carried out,and a theoretical model of the competitiveness of technology-based SMEs is constructed.Third,the application of the Balanced Scorecard,the Five Forces Model,and the Value Chain established a comprehensive evaluation index system for the competitiveness of technology-based SMEs;Fourthly,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to establish acomprehensive evaluation model for the competitiveness of technology-based SMEs,and the comprehensive evaluation model is applied to the competitiveness evaluation of the enterprise.Finally,this paper analyzes and discusses the results of the evaluation of Dobot.It is hoped that the balanced scorecard will be effectively used in technology-based SMEs,and will guide the sustainable development of China's technology-based SMEs.
