Study On The Relationship Between The Synergy Innovation Networks Of Fujian Papermaking Enterprises And Innovation Performance

Papermaking industry is the basic raw material industry which is closely relatedto national economy and development of social undertakings, it plays a great strategicposition in a country's economic development. According to China papermakingindustry2010statistical data shows that paper and paperboard the production andconsumption so huge, the manufacturers has more than3700, the production of paperand paperboard reach92.70million tons, and the consumption also reach91.73million tons. The state11th five-year plan has clearly require the papermakingenterprises to save energy and reduct emission, the12th five-year plan also clearlypoint out the need to transform and upgrade the manufacturing industry.In such aserious situation, not only require the papermaking enterprises must carry on theenvironmental protection, work together to promote energy conservation and emissionreduction, but also make them efficiently carry out technical innovation.This paper, based on synergy innovation and stakeholder theory and theinvestigation data of92papermaking enterprises' technological innovation in Fujian,studied and analysed for the relationship of papermaking enterprise synergyinnovation networks and innovation performance.By reading the relevant literatureand related theory, building a theoretical framework of papermaking enterprisesynergy innovation networks; and then referencing the authority of the innovationnetwork variables and innovation performance indictors in the domestic andinternational literature, proposing the research hypotheses and constructing structuralequation model.After that, according to the variables and indictors to design of thescientific and reasonable questionnaire, through the papermaking enterprises' data onthe investigation, conducting descriptive statistics, and using the software of spss andlisrel to analyze data reliability and validity, and also basing on the SEM path graph todeep research for the relationship of enterprise synergy innovation networks andinnovation performance. Through theoretical analysis and empirical research, we candraw the following conclusion:Firstly, determined the papermaking enterprise synergy innovation networks andvariable index system. The elements of papermaking enterprise synergy intovationnetworks in Fujian consist of government, relevant enterprises, intermediaries andresearch organization. Constructed4enterprise synergy innovation networks, they are"enterprise-enterprise" synergy innovation network,"enterprise-government" synergyinnovation network," enterprise-intermediaries " synergy innovation network and"enterprise-research organization" synergy innovation network. Selected5latentvariables for the papermaking enterprises:" enterprise-enterprise ","enterprise-government","enterprise-intermediaries","enterprise-research organization" andenterprise innovation performance, among them, each latent variable containing3-4 observations, total17observation indictors.Secondly, determined the degree of influence for papermaking enterprise synergyinnovation networks to the innovation performance. According to research data,comprehensive used the method of SEM, deeply studied and analysed for therelationship of papermaking enterprise synergy innovation networks and innovationperformance in Fujian, and finally determined the influence of the enterprise synergyinnovation networks to the innovation performance.Among the previous sevenresearch hypotheses, five passed the test, and the remaining two don't. The fivepassed test are "enterprise-government"â†'" enterprise-enterprise","enterprise-government"â†'" enterprise-intermediary","enterprise-government"â†'"enterprise-research organization.","enterprise-enterpriseâ†'innovation performance,and "enterprise-research organization"â†'innovation performance, all of them havesignificant positive effects. The two don't passed are "enterprise-government"â†'innovation performance, and "enterprise-intermediary"â†'innovation performance,That is the "enterprise-government","enterprise-intermediary" and innovationperformance does not exist relatationship. Among the five passed,"enterprise-government" synergy innovation network to "enterprise-intermediary"synergy innovation network have a promotion coefficient,that is0.97, and to "enterprise-enterprise" is0.84, and to " enterprise-research organization." is0.38.Among the latent variables,"eterprise-government" synergy innovation network to theinnovation performance's influence coefficient is0.52, and "enterprise-enterprise"synergy innovation network to the innovation performance's influence coefficient is0.47, and "enterprise-research organization." synergy innovation network to theinnovation performance's influence coefficient is0.38.Finally, according to the conclusion of empirical analysis, put forward fourcountermeasures which for papermaking enterprise synergy innovation networks andthe innovation performance, they are (1) establish "enterprise-government" synergyinnovation network for promoting mechanism and the safeguard mechanism;(2)establish "enterprise-enterprise" synergy innovation network for diffusion mechanismand market mechanism;(3) establish "enterprise-intermediary" synergy innovationnetwork for communication bonding mechanism;(4) establish "enterprise-researchorganization" synergy innovation network for production, learning and researchcoupling mechanism.
