Staies Of Mechanism And Effectiveness On Urban Village Restruction Of Baoji：the Example Of Village Of Daijiawan

With the publishment of "new national urbanization plan (2014-2020)" The pace ofurbanization construction will accelerate in the future in China. The author reckon that when acountry or region’s urbanization rate reaches30%to60%range, it will be a great opportunityfor fast-growing development of urbanization in this region. To seize this historic opportunityis significant to a region’s long-term development. However, the urbanization rate in Shaanxiis considerably below the national’s average level, and Baoji’s urbanization rate is also belowthe Shaanxi’s. Study on the current outstanding problems of urban village renovation in Baojicity will accelerate the robust development of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone. Baojishould speed up the process of its urbanization to narrow the gap with the developed areas.Compared with the same cases in other cities this article theoretically analyzes the currentimplementation and the policy of urban village renovation in Baoji. The discussion will leadus to analyze the main problem plaguing Baoji currently.Combined with the theoretical research, this paper use quantitative analysis, qualitativeanalysis, inductive contrast and conclusive analysis. We take the DaiJia Wan village as anexample and attempt to make a comprehensive analysis on the urbanization development.Finally, Analysis from all-round development of the main aspects, transformation model, theinterests of all parties, the transformation effects to put forward the following feasibleSuggestions and countermeasures: looking for balance among the interests of all parties,weighting for the future development of the villagers, Diverying urban village reconstructionmodel, Deeply understanding urban village reconstruction, Intensify supervision andsupporting for the development enterprise, Increasing publicity, education and guidance of thevillagers.The main contents are as follows:Chapter one: Introduction Part.
