Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Urban Village Reconstruction Based On The View Of Complex Adpetive System

With the rapid development of China's economy,the urbanization process has developed profoundly.The regional economic development road with the basic characteristics of “urban-rural dual structure” hasled to the phenomenon of urban villages becoming more and more common,and there are many problems in the process of urban village reconstruction,which has also attracted extensive attention from the Chinese government and scholars in various fields.However,in view of the fact that the urban village reconstruction problem is a complex system with openness and relevance,this thesis analyzes the formation mechanism of urban village reconstruction problems and proposes corresponding countermeasures based on the perspective of complex systems,so as to effectively promote the transformation process of urban villages and make suggestions for the harmonious and healthy development of our urbanization.This thesis takes the complex system theory as the cornerstone of research,and uses the hierarchical measure of complex system theory as the main tool to comprehensively deconstruct the complex problem of “urban village reconstruction problem”,thus constructing the administrative management system,the element support system,the local culture system,The analysis frameworks of the six major systems,such as resettlement support system,system planning system and environmental protection system,are analyzed from 18 problem points such as urban village reconstruction policy,land resource requisition,lack of reform funds,lack of social security,and unreasonable layout planning.Based on this,this thesis selects the representative of Yueqing City Village Reconstruction as a case study,and reanalyzes the transformation of Yueqing City Village by the analysis framework of the six systems constructed in the previous section.Through the research,it is found that the transformation of Yueqing City Village is based on the vivid interpretation of the six major systems analysis framework,and it is the logical dialectical unity of the commonality and characteristics of the urban village reconstruction problem.Therefore,based on the above analysis,this thesis proposes a general solution to the problem of urban village reconstruction,in order to provide an important solution and analysis framework for solving the urban village reconstruction problem.Carrying out the research of this thesis has significant practical and theoretical significance,which is of great significance for improving the living environment of the villagers,improving the overall appearance of the city,optimizing the urban consumption structure,and expanding its consumption potential,and providing new impetus for the sustainable development of the city(region).In addition,it will also provide important reference value for the reconstruction projects of urban villages in other urban areas of China.
