The paper study on the evaluation of tourism resources of46forest park at QinlingMountain in Shaanxi,with the qualitative method and the quantitative method, analyticalhierarchy and Expert judgment,choosing53evaluation indexs, belonging to scenic resourcesquality, regional environmental quality, the status of development and construction,socio-economic and cultural conditions of the community, and. The result shows that there arethree in first levels (Taibai Mountain Forest Park, Jinsixia Forest Park and Taiping Forest Parkrespectively), fifteen in second levels, nineteen in third levels and nine in fourth levels whichjudged by the scenic resources quality in all46forest parks. The score of Tourism ResourcesQuality is52.01to85.80and the average is67.32. The coefficient of variation is12.3%.Thetop five are TaiBai Mountain, Jinsixia Forest Park,, Taiping Forest Park, Zhuque Forest Park,Shaohuashan Forest Park respectively. The low five are Canglong Mountain, Ziyun Mountain,Qiaoyu, Shigu Mountain and Shangshan Forest Park respectively. The score of ScenicResources Quality is85.46to49.61and the average is67.72. The coefficient of variation is8.7%. The top five are Taibai Mountain, Taiping Forest Park, Jinsixia, Muwang, qingfengxiarespectively. The low five are Yuxudong, Qinwang Mountain, Ziyun Mountain, Li Mountainand Canglong Mountain respectively. Forest Park scenic resources among little differenceoverall quality. The score of regional environmental quality is90.77to80.00and the averageis85.77. The coefficient of variation is2.6%. The top five are Hanzhong Tiantai, Jinsixia,Yuhuang Mountain, Laoguguan, Baohe respectively. The low five are Niubeiliang, TaipingForest Park, Zhuque Forest Park, Qingfengxia, Louguantai Forest park respectively. The scoreof regional environmental quality is higher than other’s score. The score of the status ofdevelopment and construction is31.49to93.44, the average is57.69. The coefficient ofvariation is31.8%. The top five are Jinsixia, Li Mountain, Taibai Mountain, Taiping, TaizhuMountain and Zhuque Forrest Park. The low five are Yuhuang Mountain, Guiguling,LIngquwshi, Qiaoyu, Ziyun Mountain Forest Park respectively. The score of socio-economicand cultural conditions of the community is52.26to82.64, the average is68.76. Thecoefficient of variation is11.0%. The top five are Louguantai, Li Mountain, ZhongnanMountain, Shaohua Mountain and Wangshun Mountain Forrest Park. The low five areShangshan Mountain, Shigu Mountain, Qiaoyu, Hua Mountain and Canglong Mountain Forest Park respectively. There is little different among all forest park on the score ofsocio-economic and cultural conditions of the community.
