Base on this situation, we have a deep research in concurrent delay include the kinds of delay and the principles of management, calculation method comparative analysis.In the end, The thesis quote a classic international contract engineering project, a flood control project in South Asia as a case to analyze, make the claim management more intuitive, more systematic and more comprehensive.The thesis research has a stronger practical operability, the author hope that the person in the claim field can get some reference and guidance through this thesis research.
