The paper has introduced the reasons for financial risk, hasdiscussed the unfavorable results of the financial risks having occurred onpharmaceutical enterprises, and on this basis, it has developed andimplemented actively the effective methods of financial risk management.The existence of the financial risk has threatened the survival anddevelopment of pharmaceutical enterprises. Financial risk early warning asthe management methods of financial risk, which can effectively and timelydiscover, prevent and solve the problems occurring on pharmaceuticalenterprises. It can also avoid the occurrence of financial risk. This paper ismainly studied from the following three aspects.The first chapter is the comparison and selection of financial risk earlywarning model. It has stated the basic principle of financial riskearly-warning model with multi variable and has compared financial riskearly-warning model with multi variable. Then it has proposed thefeasibility of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of financial risk early-warning.The second chapter is the research of financial risk early-warning on theNY pharmaceutical enterprises. It has evaluated the weight of the indexesscreened by using the method of AHP, has constructed the fuzzy evaluationmodel by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, and has performedfinancial risk early warning on the NY pharmaceutical enterprise. Finally, ithas put forward the suggestions and countermeasures to defuse financialrisks of the NY pharmaceutical enterprise.The three chapter is the reason for "moderate warning condition" andthe suggestion of financial risks early warning on NY pharmaceuticalenterprise.This chapter has analyzed the reason for "moderate warningcondition" of financial risks on NY pharmaceutical enterprise, and has putforward the suggestions and countermeasures for defusing financial risks ofNY pharmaceutical enterprise.
