In the reform of power system, wide power as non-pollution green energy can optimize electric energy structure, reduce the harmful gas emissions and its environmental benefits is outstanding,which plays a positive role in promoting the development of economic sustainability. In wind power projects, the correct selection of the unit equipment is very important which directly affects economic benefits of the entire wind project. Therefore, establishing reasonable index system for wind power projects is very necessary which makes a comprehensive and accurate and reasonable assessment of set selection.This paper systematically analyzes the research situation about selecting wind power projects’generating unit. It is established a comprehensive evaluation index system for wind generating unit selection and used AHP to determine the weight of each evaluation index, and also introduced fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in it. This paper used Zhang Bei wind power project’s generating unit selection as a model to prove that in the comparison program.The results show that:Hua Rui SL77-1500model is better than others after scheme comparison, creative points of this paper:(1) This paper,according to the specific circumstances of wind power station, screens out several models which are conform to the standard and establishs evaluation index system of zhangbei wind project set selection, by researching technical and economic indexes and parameters of numerous model. This paper also solves the problem which lack of a system evaluation that pople select units intuitively in the past.(2) This paper analyses index system and expounds the connotation of every index. It is helpful to understand the importance of the unit systematically.(3) This paper combined with the advantages of hierarchical analysis and fuzzy synthetic evaluation puts forward a kind of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on AHP and the set selection evaluation model and researches about Datang zhangbei wind project set selection empirically.
