For about ten years, the Creative Industries have been developing greatly in some developed countries, such as USA, UK, Singapore, Japan, and Korea. In these areas, the Creative Industries had been a very important part of the national economy and had been definite as the key industries in which the governments should invest heavily. In China, essentially in those cities in Southeast of China, the Creative Industries are flourishing these years.Comparative to the flourish of the Creative Industries, however, there are just few researches in the area of management in creative industries. And, most of these researches focus on the industries' policy, instead of how to improve the Creative Capability by management,Based on the theory of creative industries, the creativity research, and the theories of Organizational Learning in traditional industries, this dissertation analyzed how the firms in creative industries can improve their creative capability by management:Firstly, many scholars and managers believe that "It is impossible to manage the creativity". So this paper want to certified whether the organizational learning & unlearning can improve the creative capability in creative industries. After all, the purpose of Management is "Make impossible for persons possible by organization."Secondly, this paper wants to certify whether the Environmental Dynamics can influence the creative capability's improvement taken by organizational learning & unlearning. Since most of the firms in creative industries are facing the great dynamic of markets and technologies, it is important to see if the firms can improve their creative capability by management in this dynamical environment.By investigation in the firms and statistical analysis based on the questionnaire, two major results were concluded:1. Even in the creative industries, the theory of organizational learning & unlearning is valid. Both learning and unlearning have a positive effect on the creative capability.2. With the greater market dynamics, the creative capability can be improved greater by organizational unlearning. And with the greater technological dynamics, the creative capability can be improved greater by organizational learning & unlearning.
