Secondly, the status of Deqing County, Zhejiang Province, rural land expropriation compensation overall presentation. This study is conducive to improving and perfecting the current compensation system of rural land, rural land expropriation policies tend to promote rationalization of the rule of law.Through this study, in-depth analysis of Deqing County rural land expropriation compensation policy problems and the reasons for the proposed improvements and targeted policies and measures, stressed the need to further strengthen the standard of fairness, legality, openness, reasonable and enforceability; perfect way to solve disputes, approaches, standards and safeguards; broaden employment pathways landless peasants and farmers to improve the social security system.
