The land is the foundation and root of village's life, its acquisition would be affecting the realistic benefits of this farmer. Because of land acquisition system and other aspects, a great deal of question should be considered during the land acquisition at this day, such as the questions of giving compensation and emplacement for this farmers, the local government's responsibility in land acquisition.
