How Korea Companies Invest In China Successfully?

Investment to China by Korean corporations has been actively increasing since the diplomatic tie was established between Korea and China in1992. As China joined WTO, China’s investment environment for foreigners was gradually changed that should be studied clearly to the end of investment in China better. China’s change in investment environment for foreigners was influenced by various factors such as the national and international growth and necessity to implement the international norms.Under the circumstance, this study is to confirm the changes in investment environment for foreigner and the investment motives to China, and analyze the current status of investment to China by Korean corporations. The investment environment of China has been changed rapidly because of new policies implemented by Chinese government such as the transformation of growth model. For example, the political promotion to advanced industrial structures and service industry, the regulation of environmental pollution and reinforcement of resource saving, the recognition of infringement to intellectual property rights and intensified competition of products and brands contribute to this transformation.
