Regional Development Strategy Planning And Implementation Of Effective Evaluation Questionnaire

Based on the related data and the every regional development strategy, with theevaluation index system and the poll as the point of entrance, this paper constructed objectiveand subjective evaluation table of implementation effect of the regional development strategy.The evaluation table is based on the economic development, social development and resourceenvironment design, put forward nine indicators of elements’ level and twenty-six specificindicators; subjective evaluation table covers sixteen specific appraisal indicators with thesame basis. At last, this paper used the subjective and objective table to evaluate theimplementation effect of "eleven five" planning in Guangdong Province, and analyzed theevaluation results. Finally, the paper put forward the application scope of this evaluation table,the limitations of this study and the opinions and suggestions of further research on thesubject.
