Knowledge Research And Application Of F Company CPU Connector Transfer

The goal of an enterprise is to get the profit, so the economic concepts canbe applied to transfer activities. Any enterprise has its own process, and the transferinvolved itself in sequence of activities and time, in order to improve the efficiency ofactivities, process optimization is very necessary. Any enterprise operation has its ownlong-term problems, problem solving method of the proper choice directly influence theeffect of problem, solve the problems of the most effective method, the system is6Sigma. Enterprises should strengthen the management of knowledge, not only to do agood job in the management of explicit knowledge, tacit knowledge management is alsovery important, because it is the added value of the survival of the enterprise, which canprovide extra value-the core competitiveness for enterprises.Firstly, this paper makes a simple instruction on the related concepts, researchbackground and significance, research content, method and framework, which makesreaders, could have a preliminary and whole understanding on this unfamiliar topic, sothat they could follow the research thinking.Secondly, the author collected and collated many topics related with the theory ofknowledge; lay the theoretical foundation for the follow-up study of knowledge.Chapter3, taking F company CPU connector transfer activities as the background,the problem existing is to be research content, do a detailed research and strategy onproblems, propose a CPU connector transfer knowledge management proposal.
