The Study Of Risk Bearing Capacity Of The Logistics Enterprise’s Supply Chain Risk

With the development of the theory of supply chain management, and the dangers of supply chain risk to the enterprise presents the complexity and diversity with the rapid developing of the world economic, logistics enterprise as the important member in service industry, for the supply chain risk everywhere will feel powerless,this will poses challenges to the ability of withstand supply chain risk.In this thesis, take the supply chain management theory 、 risk management theory 、 ability theory as tool, using the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research method, take the supply chain risk as the main lines, take a research to the logistics enterprise’s supply chain risk tolerance, and obtained the following research:Firstly, based on combs the research literature of supply chain risk management,set up the relationship between efficiency and risk, build the system of the supply chain risk factors, according to the impact to the logistics enterprise of these factors,analysis the corresponding tolerance factors of the logistics enterprise, and build the system of tolerance factors to the logistics enterprise supply chain risk.Secondly, use the Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM) analysis the complexity structural of the logistics enterprise’s supply chain risk tolerance factors,make it more hierarchy and connection,based on the ISM of logistics enterprise’s supply chain risk tolerance, dig the technology innovation efficiency and fund use efficiency two controllable and important factors to the logistics enterprise in the supply chain risk tolerance, and use the technology innovation efficiency representative the technology risk,use the fund use efficiency representative the fund risk, then, analysis the risk bearing capacity of the logistics enterprise’s supply chain risk, according the technology innovation efficiency and the fund use efficiency.Thirdly, selected 28 logistics enterprise as the sample object, and specify and extract the input and output factors of logistics enterprise technology innovation and fund use efficiency. measured the logistics enterprise’s supply chain risk tolerance by the DEA, the results shows that, technology innovation and fund use are the key factors to influence the logistics enterprise’s supply chain risk tolerance, the logistics enterprise’s technology innovation efficiency in our country is very high and stable,but smaller increases; the fund use efficiency is very low, it will make the logisticsenterprise to bear a greater supply chain risk. The scale efficiency is the main short bucket of the technology innovation and fund use efficiency.The research will have a certain guiding role to identify and avoid risk.
