With the development of the tourism, the number of enterprises has increased.However, the development has brought many questions such as low pay, high staffturnover labor conflict and so on. Under this background, how to correctly understand theoccurrence mechanism of labor conflicts of tourism enterprises and solve the problemsbecomes an urgent problem currently. Then the deep interviews and ground theory wereemployed to research the labor conflicts in tourism and find the solutions.First of all, it tells the research background, significance, domestic and foreignresearch status, and clarifies the content and methods of this paper. Explanations ofconcepts and theories involved and their special meanings here provide the basis andguidance for the other parts.Secondly, according to the research about labor conflicts at home and abroad, theinterview questionnaire about labor conflicts were designed. To research the laborconflicts, observation and interviews are used in tourism enterprises of Qinhuangdao.Through the data, conceptual model of the mechanism of labor conflicts was developed bygrounded theory.Thirdly, according to the conceptual model, the questionnaire was designed to verifythe conceptual model. Making descriptive statistical analysis proves the rationality of theconceptual model.Finally, illustrating the factor of the mechanism, the cause of labor conflicts, theprocess, the effects and so on.According to the characteristic of reasons and tourismenterprises, the solutions was formulated from the legal system, enterprise system,monitoring system, the social education and so on.
