The Occurrence Mechanism Of Rural Land Requisition Conflict And Solution

In the rapid development of Chinese society and a period of rapid urbanization,expropriation of farmland conversion acceleration, seriously damaged the interests offarmers’ land, rural land conflicts arising therefrom has gradually become an importantissue affecting rural social stability and economic development of China.However, dueto relevant laws and regulations of China’s rural land issues is not perfect, unclearproperty rights, land requisition system defects and other reasons, resulting in ruralmechanisms to resolve land conflicts severe shortage, the effect of low land conflictgovernance.As China will continue to promote the new urbanization strategy, rural landconflicts will only worsen.Therefore, in this context, this paper studies the conflict indrawing foreign land and a combination of outstanding achievement on the basis ofspecial conditions, trying to find the mechanism inherent conflict of land andaccordingly propose appropriate way to resolve.In this paper,through the domestic and foreign literature, and combined with thepresent situation of Chinese city development and the research of rural land conflicts inChina the first hand data,in-depth analysis of land sources of conflict and internalmechanism, in order to provide the reference for the expropriation of rural land conflictprevention and solution. The paper consists of five parts, the first part of the researchbackground and significance of the top introduction on rural land conflict wasexpounded, determine the direction of research, and introduces the domestic andforeign research situation of the land expropriation, the main method to develop thisresearch and basic frame. The second part defines the concept of rural land conflicts,and reveals the basic features and types of period of conflict of the new town, and onthis basis, provides a theoretical basis for the study of rural land conflict. The third partof the stakeholders defined on rural land expropriation conflicts and mutual relationshipanalysis, confirmed the five main rural land expropriation conflicts involved in the mainbody, and the game cost and profit and loss between them in detail, and then usingcomplete information static game model of game analysis of main stakeholders in theconflict. The fourth part through the use of social conflict and collective action theoryfurther in-depth analysis of cause of land conflict root and intrinsic occurrencemechanism, summarizes the background of the current social development, the internalmechanism of land conflict. The fifth part according to the inherent mechanism of rural land conflict, explore ways and means to resolve the rural and conflict, and puts forwardsome counter measures and suggestions to avoid land conflict:specification of landexpropriation system, reasonable compensation and resettlement; coordination ofinterests integration, expand political participation; improve the social security system,enhance the capability; improve the public service, improve the crisis management. Toexpect to resolve the rural land conflict triggered mass incidents have a certain referencerole, and hope that this thesis can enrich and improve the theoretical research about thefuture of the expropriation of rural land conflicts.
