The Research On The Industry Selection And Development Of Caofeidian Comprehensive Bonded Zone

In recent years, the Bohai Sea area has become the hot spots of global industrial transfer. As animportant international window, Caofeidian Comprehensive Bonded Zone will become the new focus.On October16,2013, Caofeidian Comprehensive Bonded Zone passed the formal acceptance by thegeneral administration of customs, to become the first Comprehensive Bonded Zone in Hebeiprovince. Hence, how to determine the key industry in Caofeidian Comprehensive Bonded Zone, andput forward the directions and strategies of industrial development, is an important research topic.Firstly, the concept of Port-vicinity Industry and Special Customs Supervision are defined. Thenthe present research situation of Free Trade Zone was reviewed. The development experiences ofJAFZA, Irish Shannon Export Processing Zone, Hong Kong and Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port weresummarized to provide reference for the development of Caofeidian Comprehensive Bonded Zone.The specific mechanisms of industrial development in Port-vicinity Comprehensive Bonded Zone,especially the linkage development mechanism of Comprehensive Bonded Zone and industrial parkwere analyzed. This paper evaluated the environment and industrial foundation of CaofeidianComprehensive Bonded Zone, established an industry selection model. Based on the method of AHP,this paper pointed out the key development field of Caofeidian comprehensive Bonded Zone, and thecorresponding directions and strategies. Finally, the detailed measures were researched to promote thecoordinated development of industry in Caofeidian Comprehensive Bonded Zone.
