With the rapid economic development, state-owned enterprises developed andgrew under the action of rapid economy, especially in the development of China. Theemployment relationship between the state-owned enterprise organization andemployees is no longer stable and pure as in the planned economy because of thereformation and changing of the economic system and the development pattern for thestate-owned enterprises. Psychological contract which studied in the thesis hasbecame the indispensable special contract model under the employment relationship.The basic values of the employment relationship are influenced by the development ofpsychological contract. The changing of the individual psychological contract partlyaffected the employees’ individual behavior thus touch off their behavior role in thestate-owned enterprises. In the fierce market competition environment, the unstablechanging led to the contract relationship became more fragile with the development ofthe state-owned enterprises. Many tiny factors are magnified in the contractrelationship, challenging the trust between the enterprise and employees. Thedestruction of the contract can cause the direct change of the employees’ work value,which may led to the employees’ deviant behavior in the enterprise. The changingprocess mentioned above is the process of development and changes for thepsychological contract. The employees’ original expectation and existingpsychological balance was broken by revolution, thus caused the destruction of thepsychological contract and the negative result of the employees’ working attitude andbehavior. The human resource management in most of our state-owned enterprisesoriented the management center for trouble processing. The effect of idea lag ofstate-owned enterprise management and the human resource strategic imbalances ledto the orientation missing of the department function. The human resourcemanagement form and purpose in most of the state-owned enterprises are still tocontrol staff, regarding the staff as one of the production cost or tool for dealing withevents. But the modern human resource management emphasis to generating passion,strengthen ability and consolidate the psychological contract function and regard themas the important aim for the human resource development.The thesis is based on the theoretical research of the psychological contract. Through analyzing the influence in the working value and possible deviant behaviorof the employees and summarizing the results and impact factors caused by thedestruction of the psychological contract, thus to summarize the managementcountermeasures by theoretical analysis and practice.The economic development andsystem reformation were partly touch off the change of organizational structure andoperation system for the state-owned enterprise. The direct result of the changing isthe more complex and unstable relationship between the enterprise and employees,which can be mentioned as the promise to the employees. In the thesis, we proposedto consolidate and strengthen the effect of the psychological contract and activateeach talent, motivate each person’s internal passion through effective and correctpsychological control, making them keep the aggressive and innovative mentalcondition and maximize release their potentiality.
