Research On Energy Consumption Baseline And EMC Mode For Campus Building

Energy Management Contracting in the building field is a new mechanism thatdepends on the market mechanism to promote energy saving, its core is the energysaving measurement and verification, and the determination of baseline energyconsumption is the basis of the energy saving assessment, therefore, the author studythe baseline of building energy consumption and its application in contract energymanagement is analyzed, the baseline of campus building energy consumption isdiscussed and calculated.Based on the research at home and abroad, the application of building energyconsumption baseline is summarized, the definition of two kinds of baseline is putforward: the first one is used to measure energy consumption variation during a time,which is based on reference model to calculate energy consumption of the buildingmodel; The second one is based on a large number of statistics, referred to thebaseline, buildings that with the same characteristics can be compared with each other.Then the method to determine two kinds of baseline is puts forward respectively,which include the object determination, the index form determination, determine theboundary of energy consumption, as well as the calculation measurement.Based on theoretical methodology of the determination of building energyconsumption baseline, consider that building energy consumption of the currentcampus is higher and higher, at the same time, the lack of related research, campusbuildings are used as the sample to study the second kind of energy consumptionbaseline. Based on large amount of energy consumption statistics, statistical softwareSPSS is used study the classification of campus buildings, detailed classification forcampus building is put forward, and that public teaching buildings are classifiedaccording to HVAC system. Baseline of campus building is calculated on the quartilemethod, which is low energy consumption level; the average energy consumptionlevel and high energy consumption level, and meteorological parameter correctionmethod is put forward.The energy consumption baseline in the application for contract energymanagement is discussed, including the second kind of baseline which is used foranalysis on energy saving potential of campus building, as well as building energy consumption quota determination, and the first kind of baseline which is used forenergy measurement and verification. Finally, according to the status that colleges anduniversities energy management is not standard, scientific energy management adviceis proposed, including that establish monitor system and energy saving managementsystem for building energy consumption, and key technologies related to contractenergy management for campus building is discussed, thus corresponding suggestionsis put forward.
