As the largest developing country in the world,China has now become the largest emitter and consumer of sulfur dioxide in the world.The shortage of energy supply and the worsening of environmental pollution have caused us to become a major contributor to energy consumption in industry and transportation.As one of the three major energy sources,the huge demand for building energy consumption will exert enormous pressure on China's energy supply and resources and environment.Therefore,it is crucial importance to take effective measures to reduce building energy consumption.At the same time,the government promulgated and promulgated a series of building energy efficiency policies,standards to guide the building energy conservation work,and gradually established a set of preliminarily improved building energy efficiency policy system.Based on the different types of policy tools in building energy efficiency policy,divide building energy efficiency policy into three types of policy tools in the thesis:policy regulation domain,incentive mechanism domain and public autonomous domain,and uses the structural equation model to influence the energy saving Conduct empirical analysis,collect the original data through the questionnaire,including the design of the scale,data quality analysis,data processing,etc.To test and verify the model and assumptions and find out the path of influence,so as to put forward the policy formulation In the relevant recommendations.First of all,elaborate the policy tools of building energy efficiency policy and the basic status quo of building energy consumption.Then,by elaborating the scholars' theory about the impact of building energy efficiency policy and the influencing factors of building energy consumption,determine the 5 factors:energy saving policy factors,social life factors,energy-saving technologies,economic developing factors and building energy consumption.Secondly,based on the theoretical analysis,the theoretical models research assumptions and measurement items are put forward.By using SPSS and AMOS to analyze the data,the model and assumptions are tested and verified,and the factor load and path coefficient of each latent variable are obtained,and the impact ofbuilding energy efficiency policy on building energy consumption is clarified.Finally,based on the empirical results,analyze the policy strategies of building energy saving in China.Through the combination of theoretical and empirical studies,find out the influence path and path coefficient of building energy efficiency policy on building energy consumption by using structural equation model,and provide some reference for the future policy of building energy conservation.
