Study On Management Of Energy Efficiency In Buildings In Shandong

In our country, the energy efficiency in building is very low, and to improve theefficiency of civil building energy consumption and advance the energy efficiency inbuilding are very significant. This dissertation studies how to proceed the work of theenergy efficiency in target management, standard management, economy policymanagement and government supervision management respectively, which providestheoretic basis to perfect the development programming management system.Energy saving management in building structure was discussed in the followingaspect: the factors affected the energy consumption of the building, the main measuresto save the energy in the buildings and selecting project from the point of technicaleconomy.Energy saving management in heating is composed of two parts. One is selectingthe heating mode, and the other is the main measure of energy saving management inheating.The study, compilation and implementing of the standard of the energy efficiencyin buildings were analyzed respectively, and the experience and measure ofidentification and authentication management in energy efficiency in buildings wasdiscussed.In the following analysis, the dissertation analyzes the defects of economy policyfor newly-built, already-built buildings and industry of energy efficiency in building,Finally, the dissertation set up the model of comparison between fabrication incrementcost and income of energy efficiency which put forward some methods and suggestionto solve the question.
