With the internationalization advancement and rapid development of Chineseenterprises, Sinohydro Bureau A actively promote the internationalization strategy,format the Enterprise development strategy of "first international, overall planningdomestic, to highlight the main industry, correlation, to do better, to strive for a world-class", with outstanding international engineering market development and theability of performance. Since1987to enter the international market,the company haslaunched the project contracting business in more than20countries in Asia, Africa,Russia, Britain, France, involving five Portuguese, Arabic language, South Asia,North Africa, East Africa formation, South Africa, Middle East and other regionalmarkets overseas business. After the overseas business nearly thirty years ofdevelopment, Sinohydro Bureau A urgently need to sum up the past, clear thinking,strategy, and guide the work, to open up a new situation of international business.This thesis discusses the Sinohydro Bureau A in the strategic choice ofinternationalization process: including the background and significance of theresearch on the internationalization strategy of Sinohydro Bureau A;internationalization and the core competence theory; international environment andcore competitiveness of Sinohydro Bureau A; strategic choice and strategic analysisof Sinohydro Bureau A; conclusion and Prospect of the Study.This thesis first analyzes International’s internal and external environment ofSinohydro Bureau A, and through the analysis of seven abilities of Sinohydro BureauA,including enterprise management innovation ability, human resource managementability, professional technical ability, technical innovation ability of enterprises,knowledge management ability, financial management ability, enterprise ability toadapt to the market,the core competitiveness of Sinohydro Bureau A,and analyzethe management strategy of Sino hydro Bureau A international development andimplementation were by SWOT analysis, summary and study Sinohydro Bureau Ain recent years foreign economic work, in order to puts forward some guidingprinciples and development strategy for future work. At the same time, to a certainextent to the building construction enterprises to provide references.
