Study On Strategy Formulation And Safeguards Of Haerbin Xinzhongxin Electronics Group

With China joining the WTO, the domestic enterprises have gained rapiddevelopment and increasingly competition. It is an important discussion to dealwith the problems faced by the enterprise to make them an invincible position, atthe same time; it is also an issue needing to be solved by the enterprises. Inrecent years, company strategy is a popular article among the academic area.Therefore, based on theoretical controversy in corporate strategy and confusionin practice, according to the comment on the firm development strategy,competition strategy, this paper analyzes the present strategy of XinzhongxinGroup based on the basic situation of the firm. The main discussions are thefollowing four aspects:First, this article makes a review on the research about company strategy,and illustrates the latest research result. Secondly, we analyze the environmentsituation of Xinzhongxin Group from internal to external. In the analysis ofexternal environment, we do the research from the macro and industryenvironment two aspects and evaluate it from the whole view. For the internalenvironment analysis, this paper states from the organization structure, financialcondition, innovation and human resources in Xinzhongxin Group. Third, thispaper makes relevant strategies for Xinzhongxin Group through the SWOTmatrix analysis and competitive strategy analysis matrix respectively. Then, thefollowing of this paper is specific strategy introduction including humanresources, production operations, capital operation, production and markting.Finally, this paper presents a new security mechanism in Xinzhongxin Groupincluding the core and the focus of the Group’s overall strategy as well as humanresources support measures, the financial system protection mechanisms,production and operation mechanisms, corporate culture and technical innovationsafeguards et al. Therefore, this paper provides a complete solution to thestrategy decision and which also facilitates the standardization and scientific ofthe strategy in Xinzhongxin Group. Besides, this paper also makes other important referential significance to the same industry of different firms.
