Since the 21 st century,the growth mode of enterprises relying solely on industrial scale expansion is about to die out,and the task of industrial transformation and upgrading in China is imminent.In 2016,the national development and Reform Commission,the national energy administration and the Ministry of industry and information technology jointly issued the guidance on promoting the development of "Internet +" smart energy,which has become a national strategy.Upgrading to the smart energy industry of energy Internet will drive the industrial growth rate of more than 20%,and achieve a series of huge economic,social and people’s livelihood benefits such as the improvement of productivity level and the transformation of economic structure.Meanwhile,it will also drive the development of the whole related industries.After the Internet based energy industry,which accounts for more than 20% of the domestic GDP,will bring more than 20 trillion yuan of direct and ancillary industrial value in the next 10 years,and will certainly breed giant enterprises.H company is a science and technology enterprise whose main business is to provide intelligent energy management services.How to grasp the opportunity of the current government to vigorously support the development of intelligent energy,and constantly improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise in the field of intelligent energy management,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise is an urgent problem for H company.Based on the strategic management theory,this paper studies the development strategy of H company’s smart energy management business by using the corresponding strategic analysis tools,and improves the development strategy of H company’s smart energy management business on this basis.Aiming at the industry of H company,this paper focuses on the political,economic,social and technical factors of smart energy management in China,analyzes the industry environment with Porter’s five forces model,and then puts forward the opportunities and threats of H company’s smart energy management business,and summarizes the organizational structure,human resources,financial situation,market channels and technical capabilities of H company Analysis,summed up the advantages and disadvantages of H company.Through SWOT analysis,the opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses are classified and analyzed,and four optional strategies of H company’s smart energy management business are obtained.Finally,through QSPM matrix,it is determined that the most suitable development strategy for H company’s smart energy management business is growth strategy,that is,in the process of growth,it complies with national policies and implements differentiated business development.The specific implementation direction is to take advantage of policy advantages,actively participate in social key infrastructure projects,open up new markets,expand enterprise scale,and provide differentiated intelligent energy management services for customers by taking advantage of brand technology advantages.In order to ensure the orderly promotion of H company’s smart energy management business strategy,three strategic guarantee measures,namely financial management,human resources and marketing,are put forward.It is hoped that the research content of this paper has certain reference significance for the development strategy of H company’s smart energy management business,and provides reference for the development of smart energy industry strategy.
